Ingredients
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Amaretto
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) bourbon
- 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
- 0.33 oz (10 ml) simple syrup
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) egg white
Steps
- Chill a glass in the freezer.
- Add Amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- Dry shake (shake without ice) to froth the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
