Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) cranberry juice
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) blanco tequila
- 1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz (15 ml) Cointreau
- 0.25 oz (7.5 ml) agave nectar
- Margarita salt
- Lime wedge and cranberries for garnish
Steps
- Chill a rocks glass in the freezer.
- Cut a piece of lime and rub the open end on half of the rocks glass.
- Roll the rocks glass in the margarita salt to coat half the rim.
- In a shaker, combine the cranberry juice, tequila, lime juice, agave nectar, Cointreau, and a pinch of salt.
- Add cubed ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Fill the rocks glass with ice.
- Strain the cocktail into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and cranberries.
