This Piña Colada recipe offers a refreshing tropical cocktail, blending sweet pineapple juice with creamy coconut, a mix of white and dark rums, all served icy cold in a tiki cup with a decorative pineapple frond. Perfect for a summer day or whenever you’re in the mood for a beach-inspired drink.

Piña Colada


Ingredients

  • 4 oz (120 ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 oz (60 ml) cream of coconut
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Plantation 3 Stars rum
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Smith & Cross rum
  • 1.5 cups pebble/crushed ice
  • Pineapple frond for garnish

Steps

  1. Chill a tiki cup in the freezer.
  2. In a mixing cup, combine the pineapple juice, cream of coconut, rum, and ice.
  3. Using an immersion blender, blend the mixture together until it’s a consistency of your choosing.
  4. Pour mixture into tiki cup and garnish with pineapple frond.

NOTES

  • This recipe will work well with 1.5 oz (45 ml) of any white rum.
