Japanese Slipper


Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Midori
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) Cointreau
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) lemon juice
  • Cocktail cherry for garnish

Steps

  1. Chill a glass in the freezer.
  2. Add Midori, Cointreau, and lemon juice to a shaker.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 15 seconds.
  4. Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Notes

  • This was a little too sour when I made it. It may have been the lemon. Consider a little less lemon next time.
