Ingredients
- 1.5 oz (45 ml) Dry Gin
- 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) Campari
- 0.75 oz (22.5 ml) sweet Vermouth
- Orange peel for garnish
Steps
- Add gin, Campari, and Cocchi Vermouth di Torino to a mixing glass.
- Add cubed ice to the mixing glass and stir well for about 30 seconds.
- Place a large ice cube into a rocks glass.
- Strain the mixture from the mixing glass into the rocks glass.
- Express the oils of the orange onto the drink.
- Garnish with the remaining orange peel.
