The Martinez marries gin with sweet vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and a dash of orange bitters—it’s a sophisticated and slightly sweet cocktail with a rich, aromatic finish.

Notes

  • If you do not have Fee Brother’s Orange Bitters, 0.25 oz may be too much for your cocktail. Try a smaller amount.
